Materials may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.
3. Use of Services
4.  Coaching programs, training sessions, speaking engagements, and online courses offered through this site are intended for personal and professional development only. Enrollment or participation grants you a non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own learning. You may not resell, repurpose, or represent this content as your own.
5. Payment and Refunds
6.  Fees for coaching, training, digital products, and speaking engagements must be paid in full as specified at the time of booking or purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final and non-refundable. Speaking engagement deposits are non-refundable and secure the date of service.
7. Speaking Engagements
   • Cancellations by Client: If a client cancels a booked speaking engagement less than 30 days before the event, the full fee may remain payable.
   • Cancellations by Speaker: In the unlikely event that Virginia McGowan, PhD, must cancel, all payments made (including deposits) will be refunded or applied toward a rescheduled event.
   • Travel and Expenses: Unless otherwise agreed, travel, accommodation, and related expenses for speaking engagements are the responsibility of the client and will be invoiced in addition to speaking fees.
   • Recording & Distribution: Recording of live presentations is permitted only with prior written consent and must not be resold, repurposed, or distributed without authorization.
8. No Guarantees
9.  While every effort is made to provide high-quality content and support, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from coaching, training, speaking engagements, or use of the materials. Your success depends on your own effort, participation, and application of the material.
10. Limitation of Liability
11.  We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website, participation in programs, or reliance on provided content.
12. External Links
13.  This site may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of external sites.
14. Changes to Terms
15.  We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site and services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
